We aim for 100% satisfaction. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

    • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

    • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  2. Item Not Received

    • If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum delivery window (60 days), you’re eligible for a refund or reshipment.

  3. Change of Mind

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once the order has shipped.

    • Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days after approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was our fault (e.g., defective or wrong item).

  • Use a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t entered processing.
Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
